Witching hour - bedtime

My LO is almost 9 weeks old. Since around 3 weeks he’s been having a witching hour from roughly 6-10pm. He’s fussy and starting around 7 he gets even worse and just switches from boob to boob. Like does not want to come off. I try to swaddle him to put him to bed by 8 but he just refuses sleep.

Is it normal that he’s still doing this at 9 weeks? Is there anything that helped you?

Should I put him to bed like around 6:30? Or TRY.

He also wakes up around 2:30, again at 5, and around 6:30.

I try to have him nap every other hour or so during the day.
