pain during sex

hey ladies! quite a weird post but not sure what to do, this has never happened before.

about a week ago my partner and i were trying to have sex (protected) and about halfway through it got really painful and i had to stop. the next day i started my period, so i just assumed maybe it was pre period issues and carried on.

however.

my period ended yesterday morning and we tried having sex again (protected) and it got extremely painful and was super dry. (i’m usually fairly wet) we had to stop and when we did i start bleeding but like a fresh cut blood, not period blood.

any advice? i really don’t want to see a doctor just yet because of $ and hiding from our families. ((drama))

it feels like a tear, but i’m not sure from what.

i’ve taken some antibiotics and some AZO tabs but not sure what else to do.
