My toddler is getting bit😭😭

So my little one is almost 2 and in a daycare class with 18months-2yrs. She has gotten bit by another toddler( I think it’s the same one) 6 times in the past two months. Each time the daycare has reported it, but given the same excuse that’s it’s normal for this age and they are “working” on it. I feel like I just can’t let this continue it’s only a matter of time before my baby retaliates and becomes the biter (for the record she has never bit anyone). Has anyone experienced this? Can I press the daycare to do more/what can be done (besides switching)?
