Period/Birth Control

Okay so, I recently went on a new birth control pill called Sprintec, however I had been on the same one Junel for almost 5 years. I had gotten my period last time around mid July while still on Junel. Now i have been on Sprintec for a whole cycle and was supposed to get my period yesterday & i havent gotten it yet.

Also, just for reference I havent seen my boyfriend since 2 July, which was the last time we had sex. I had gotten a period mid july after seeing him.

Is my cycle just messed up from the new pill? I do feel a lot of my typical symptoms like lower back pain, cramps. Just confused and wondering if I should talk to a doc
