K Tape Rave! (Please excuse my extremely pale stomach 🤣)
As with our 3rd I am having braxton hicks, lightning crotch all the time and some inconsistent contractions that only last seconds and usually only a couple at a time every few hours or when I use the bathroom. I am having slight sciatic pain but it's nothing compared to what a lot of ladies experience or what we went through with our 3rd. I popped out the K Tape to help take some of the pressure off my kibbles and bits. Here are my results from this morning:

I tried a pregnancy support belt with our 3rd but it actually caused me more pain so I don't even bother. I also really disliked how big, bulky and restricting it felt for me. Then if it moved or folded funny it was a pain to fix for me. With the tape I can leave it for a few days. Shower with it on. Sleep with it on. I just found it to be such a great alternative so I really wanted to share with anyone who might be dealing with similar things or just looking for a little belly support.
I personally start with a U shape under the belly and tape up. Then I max an X with 2 more strips but really try to focus on lighting the belly. I start at my hip tattoos and cross under the belly and up to about the middle of the opposite under boob. I'm short so it's almost tucked into my bra right now 🤣
