Diaper Changes

If your baby sleeps pretty much thru the night, do you still change their diapers?

Mine sleeps from 9:30-7am-- but for the past couple nights woke up around 5 hysterically crying-- camw to find out he was soaking wet with pee and the diaper is too full. Never had this problem before, so I thought maybe because that specific diaper brand seems a little small for him already. So I used the other one brand, and it happened again.

Suggestions?
