Eating
Before being pregnant I was such a healthy eater. Meat and veg or meat and salad for meals. I was exercising everyday.
And now since being pregnant I can’t stand healthy food. All I want is bread or carbs or else I feel nauseous.
I can’t even go for a ten minute walk because I get dizzy when I’m up and moving for to long.
All I want to do is lay in bed all day.
This bloody sucks.
I don’t want to sound ungrateful because I am grateful to be able to carry a baby but I just don’t feel like myself at all right now and it’s really hard.
I hope when the first trimester is over that things get better..
