What milk would you recommend

My daughter 14 months old. She's hated drinking out of a bottle since the first the day she was born. It was always a fight to get her to drink her formula. We tried different bottles, different teats and different milks along the way. When she got to around 9 months old and she could move she just wouldn't let me give her a bottle and if I let her to drink it on her own then she would have a few sips and then find something else to do. I would be lucky if she drank more than 2oz at each bottle. One morning she got ahold of her sisters milk beaker (she's 2) and drank it all, it was full fat cows milk. So the next morning I just give her a bottle of it and that was it she drank it. It obviously is recommended for your baby to be on formula (if formula feeding) until 12 months but I was just wasting bottles and bottles of milk everyday and tubs of formula, I may aswell have been buying it and pouring it in the bin.

Since she was drinking that after about 2 weeks I noticed a mark on her back from one shoulder blade to the other and a little bit in the backs of her arms and thighs. It wasnt really a rash but like dry skin. So i was using moisturiser everyday on her and stopped bathing her every night. It faded sometimes but never went she had it for around 4 months. Around 1 month ago she started to reject her morning and nighttime bottles so I stopped giving her a nighttime one and she started drinking more if it in the morning. Then around 3 weeks ago she just didn't want it ever. So I've not given her it. Then the other day I just happened to notice her red marks have all disappeared. So I think there is a link. Then the other night they had their tea earlier so I gave them a bottle of milk before bed and the next day by tea time she had the most awful diarrhoea. She hadn't had anything different to eat or drink so I think it may have been the milk.

She has cows milk in her food etc but that doesn't seem to be effecting her. I'm wanting to try her on a different milk but I'm unsure of what. People think I'm just over reacting and over thinking. No one believes it could be irritating her, it doesn't run in our family. What milk is the second best to full fat cows milk. I was thinking almond milk rather than goats milk as I feel they will be similar because they are both from an animal. Correct me if I'm wrong. I've done some research but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Can any of you help?
