What is this bump??!!

This is what the bump looked like in March or April, It came out of nowhere one day and after a few weeks i was able to pull a long curly hair out of it.

Now it looks like this and I just hate having a bump there. Id appreciate any info. Also, anything to help with the scarring?

Yea, Ingrown hair. Sometimes these can be simple, sometimes they can turn into staph. Maybe some bacitracin ointment will help get the rest of it gone.
