can’t put him down, help

this is my first baby, he’s gonna be four months old on the 24th

and he absolutely refuses to let me put him down. he’s full and clean and in good temperature and I put him on the Mamaroo and let him play with the hanging toy or watch stimulating color/shapes videos.

I can’t cook, clean or even sit, I have to be holding him and standing he refuses anything else.

what do I do, how do I change this? it’s getting too much, my husband works long hours and by the time he’s home i’m ready to sleep sometimes I skip dinner.
