Newborn naps?
My baby is two months old, and for at least a month has been on a pretty regular schedule. During the day she eats every two hours and also naps every two hours. But her naps are only 30 minutes long.
Is there something I should be doing so that she naps longer? Should I keep her up for longer and just deal with the “I’m tired” screaming?
Or do some babies just do this?
She’s sleeping well at night (10pm-6am and then 7am-9:30). During the day it doesn’t seem to matter if she’s swaddled, in her crib, in the pack n play... we’ve done it all and it’s always a 30 minute nap. Only longer ones have been while driving.
