Little people zoo talkers water damage.

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, just wondering if I can fix this.

I bought the set on Facebook market place and I knew with it being cheap, it most likely didn’t work. Either way my son will love it, so it’s still a win, but if there’s a chance I could fix it, I definitely want to try.

The battery pack is clean, no rust at all. That was the first thing I checked. I opened up the area where the motherboard is and there’s some water damage to one of the fuse things. Like a lot of rust. I tried using alcohol to clean it, but it’s still not working. Is there anything else I could try to clean it with to remove the corrosion that would work better than alcohol?
