Bleeding at 6 weeks?

I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and recently had a 3 day "bleed". It was bright red but it was very mucusy and light, no real cramps other then a dull ache like feeling on day 2. It was more like heavy spotting. Showed up on a pantyliner but was better when I drank water and sat down for a bit. (I work in a kitchen which is fast paced) today I wiped and there is nothing more then a light mucusy pink spot on the toilet paper. Im going in tomorrow to find out if I miscarried or if I just had a random bleed episode. During the 3 days I bled I lost most of my symptoms (minus sore breasts) and now they're all back. Anyone else had this?
