Who’s fault do you think this is?

So I was watching a video the other day and this girl was upset because she ordered from door dash and received the wrong order. Everyone in the comments was arguing over who’s fault they thought it was. I worked at a Moes and anytime we got orders from the food delivery service, we grabbed the food for the driver picking it up. The drivers weren’t allowed to touch the food and weren’t allowed to fill the drinks up either. They would walk up to the counter and tell us who they were picking up for and we’d give them the order so if they received the wrong food it would’ve been our fault and not the drivers. A lot of people in the comments were saying it was the drivers fault and not the restaurants, what do y’all think?
