Birth or c-section

So I’m pretty young (16) and Ofc I made the mistake by using google and I came across tearing I didn’t even know that was a thing and I looked at pictures stupidly and it looks so bad and now I’m so scared and I’m wondering if having a scheduled C-section is better as I’m terrified of ripping it open
