Help understanding

I miscarriage at 5 weeks. Confirmed by blood and my hcg went from 48 to 44. I started bleeding heavy for 4 days. Then it stopped. 2 day after I took an ovulation test and it came up positive the test line were darker Than the control line. I asked here and in another page and they said it was because I had a miscarriage recently. I took that, I was testing every day with a 10 miu hpt and my hpt were negative after a week. Now I’m starting getting a line in a 25 miu test. Coul I have ovulated days after the bleeding?
