Hemorrhoids

I’m almost 34 weeks and I have my first ever hemorrhoid. It’s day two and it’s so painful. 😩I’ve done the creams and epsom salt baths. I’m drinking a ton of water and I’m not currently constipated. Nothing seems to help. Has anyone ever dealt with this and what did you do to relieve the pain? Thank you.
