Is My Husband Thinking About Leaving Me?

Things have been so rocky since I had the baby. My husband barely talks to me anymore. We got cleared to have sex and he didn't even want to touch me. He's keep saying things like "Do you think our daughter would be better off without me" or " Do you think things would be better if I was gone". I'm scared he's trying to leave me. Then when our daughter was crying and she wouldn't stop he said "Do you ever just wish you were dead. I wish I was dead". Is our relationship and family seriously that bad he would rather be dead.... Are these signs he's gonna walk out on us. I'm so scared I'll end up being a single mom

This sounds to me more like postpartum depression. 
Men can 100% get it and not even realize. I would think about getting him into counseling if he's willing and maybe even couples counseling.

I think this is stronger than just leaving you. I mean he said he wishes he was dead. Please pray over him for his health and strength. Encourage him and seek counseling. I will lift you guys in prayer. Be strong.

He’s very clearly contemplating killing himself and the only person you seem to be concerned about is yourself... 🙄 he needs help. He needs to speak with someone and get the help he needs ASAP. And you need to get over yourself thinking this is about you. It’s not. You’ve very clearly never been depressed before. He’s greatly struggling and it probably has nothing to do with him being unhappy with you. So stop thinking about yourself and communicate with him. Research psychiatrists in your area or speak with a trusted family member about your concerns to see if they can help in some way.
