5 weeks tomorrow and paranoid!

I cannot stop testing because I am so paranoid. These are my tests the past 5 days. I don’t go to the Dr for another 3 weeks. With my first pregnancy I didn’t find out until I was like 7 weeks and I went to the Dr that same week, but this one I found out at 4 weeks and I have to wait. I am so scared something is going to happen... i keep having a lot of cramping today. No bleeding or spotting or anything. Just cramping. I know I shouldn’t stress but I am just so worried.
