Instagram Bots?!

Okay so I seem to be a target for never ending bots watching my stories... has anyone had this happen?! I run a pretty average account... my dog, selfies, Starbucks... with about 650 followers- nothing crazy.

I seem to be targeted by a system with what seems to be “female” bots, usually semi nude. I don’t get it. Has anyone else had this?! How did you get rid of them?!

I would really like to avoid making my profile private but right now it is because it’s the only option.

I’ve tried blocking and reporting, although it seems tedious because there are HUNDREDS of them. The ones I do report get deleted, but for everyone deleted there’s 5 more... it’s never ending.

I tried changing my profile picture to hopefully lose their attention (was previously a bikini pic... how scandalous 🙄)

I went through all my followers and deleted anyone who seemed like a potential bot incase these were being generated from them...

No luck!!

Any ideas?? I know, first world problems... but it’s driving me INSANE and I don’t want my own photos to be stolen.
