Does driving and being on your phone ticket go against your insurance?
My husband got a ticket but they gave him a ticket from being on his phone and driving, which he was never even on his phone to begin with, but it’s already done and over with
Now my question is does it go against his insurance? We live in Southern California. I’m worried our insurance will go up from this.
