Please help!!

So last month I had to get an emergency abortion 😞 that was July 28th I stopped bleeding august 5th I was having sex EVERYDAY after that 🙄 I had felt like I was pregnant again so I took a test 3 days ago and the line was SUPER faint but a lot of ladies were saying it’s positive I went to the hospital yesterday and they said they don’t see anything in my uterus that says I’m pregnant but the test is positive and my levels are 22? She said she can’t tell me if it was from the last pregnancy or if this is a new one? Has someone had this happen before and you were pregnant and everything was ok?
