My vagina hurts SO bad

I’m 28+3 today, it started yesterday but today its so much worse, I feel like the entire outer area of my vagina and surrounding my labia and vulva is so sore, it feels incredibly raw. When I pee it hurts like externally it is sore, i don’t feel any pain like stomach cramps or lower abdominal aches but the outside hurts so bad!! I had a clinic appt today and forgot to mention it but they tested my urine and didn’t say anything so I assume no UTI but I will call the GP tomorrow. It feels as though I’ve had really rough sex repeatedly for hours on end. As if I fell over and skinned my knee that raw skin is what it feels like. Has anyone ever had this?!
