Tri screen, quad screen, gender.

This is my 4th child, but I've only had the tri screen with my first. (I opted out with my second and third because with my first it came back with a high chance of down syndrome and made me worry more than I should have. He was born without down syndrome) Does the tri screen also tell you the gender? For those of you who have had the screens and were told the gender; how far along were you and was it accurate? I have 3 boys and would like to know the gender before we announce our pregnancy qnd before we tell our boys (5,3,1). My oldest has high functioning autism (which maybe was what was detected in the screening that appeared ar having down syndrome) and keeps saying mommy is going to give him a little sister and he keeps asking if his little sister is here yet. Its making me anxious 🙈
