28 weeks underwear wet?

For the last month it seems like my panties are wet a lot then I randomly feel some gushes, which look more towards the front like possibly it was a little pee. But I don’t remember being this wet this early, it seems like it was towards the end of pregnancy, I’m worried it could be amnionic fluid! Anyone else experiencing this? ￼

Ok thank you! The doctor asked me the last appt if there was any leaking and I didn’t even think much of it then but now it just seems consistent

That happens to me with each pregnancy and will even run out down my leg if I'm wearing a nightie with no panties. I always freak out but Dr says its just clear discharge.

I've been noticing my underwear is wet and I've also been wondering if it's normal discharge or what. I'm asking my doctor at my next appointment!

I know you can leak a little amniotic fluid during pregnancy here and there, but not sure about gushes of it.
I would definitely tell your doc.
