2 losses in one year

Two weeks ago, I got a positive pregnancy test.. YAY!!! After a miscarriage earlier this year, I was psyched yet skeptical. Right after I got my positive pregnancy test, I bled the following day. It was heavy as hell & there was clots or tissue.. it wasn’t a normal period but I still had hopes that it wasn’t a miscarriage. I went to the ER today for some ear pain and drowsiness.. after asking all normal questions, they have to ask is there any chance you could be pregnant due to the medications that they give.. I told them that yeah I was pregnant but i didn’t exactly how far along because I have PCOS. But I also told them about the bleeding.

After the doctor addressed my ear pain and fast heart rate, he focused on the pregnancy thing. He wanted to take another test and if it came back negative, I had another miscarriage.. the test came back negative. My boyfriend was crushed but I haven’t cried.. why haven’t I cried... is there something wrong with me? 😞
