Are cold sweats a sign of impending labor?

I’m 40 weeks + 3 today and have been having all of the signs of approaching labor (loose stools, baby dropping, cramping, and some mucus plug loss) but so far only “false alarm” contractions. Today I’ve been feeling weird and having cold sweats (despite it being 90 degrees here). Probably wishful thinking, but is this a sign that things are progressing? Anyone else experience this?
