I've always used easy@home but saw Amazon reviews that Pregmate is more sensitive. Just debating which ones to buy as I need more

It’s just personal preference. Ones not more “sensitive” than the other, as that doesn’t matter with OPKs. I’ve used both and didn’t like one any better than the other.
