I also have the Flip 4-in-1 . I use both, I can get baby into it by myself. I like this one better because of the pockets. The padding is also a bit better.

Is this the one you have? Im looking at getting a carrier and in my search was told it was a good one as no insert needed for newborn and suitable for plus size women.
