Need some opinions please

so i’ve been feeling this tingling/little pressure underneath my left boob, i just was wondering if anyone has experienced this before? it’s been off an on for a couple weeks now. i outlined where i’ve been feeling it at. and it usually only happens when i’m laying flat on my back or sometimes when i’m sitting or standing.
