White Leuks? Ruptured cyst? Anyone ever experience this?

Hi just trying to see if anyone else has had this happen? I went to the doctor because I’ve been having stomach pain and Lower back pain for about a week. I thought it could be a UTI but I tested negative for that and negative for pregnancy. It’s now week two and my stomach is bloated more than it was last week and I keep bleeding bright red blood despite my period being August 17th of this month. My doctor wrote abnormal for my urine sample and prescribed me UTI medicine but I feel like this pain is getting worse and the bleeding is getting worse. A doctor my mom works with says I could possibly have a ruptured cyst. I was just in the urgent care this past Friday but I’m thinking about going again because of the pain Im in. I also work tomorrow and I’m thinking of calling out and just going to the ER But I feel guilty because the doctor I saw in urgent care made it seem like it’s not a big deal to be bleeding bright red blood, cramping, and being painfully bloated! Is there anyone that has ever had a ruptured cyst or any symptoms like mine? Im becoming more and more anxious that there might be something seriously wrong :( I’m only 22 and I just have never been in this much pain.
