PCOS Cycles Worried

I have PCOS,so my cycles are hand always have been all over the place since I’ve started when I was 10 I’m now 32 and have a 4 year old daughter......my cycles normally range from every 2-4 months and period lasts from 5-16 days well this month I have bleeding for a month and lots of clots ( I bleed for 19 days then not for 3 days and now again for 5 days) what could be going on.....I’m a little scared......but I feel fine, no lightheaded ness,no extreme cramps.....Negative pregnancy test🤷🏻‍♀️I’m just fed up with it and a little worried but don’t have insurance
