Post partum preeclampsia / fevers after birth

I gave birth on the 21st , perfect pregnancy no issues with bp or anything , labor was 6 hours, super easy ( 9 lb 7 ozbaby boy ) but my bp skyrocketed right after delivery was 159/100 and i had protein in my urine , so they diagnosed me with pp preeclampsia kept me an extra day until it went down a bit and had me follow up with my ob a week later . so I followed up on friday with the doctors , bp was back up to 160/ 100 so they put me on meds for the BP. When i got home I had chills and hot flashes really bad so i took my temp that night had a fever so called in to the nurse and she said to come in if it went up , so i took meds and went to bed woke up and it was 102.9 😬 so I packed up and went to hospital , spent 9 hours in the er with no answers, was admitted to labor and delivery and have been here for 3 days now battling this fever it got up to 103.2 at one point , all tests are normal they can't figure out what's causing it , have headaches ( probably from the preeclampsia ) and severe sharp pain near my ears . guess im wondering if anyone else had similar issues ? Baby is perfect
