Bloody discharge and fever a day after rough sex

I had sex with a guy, he wore condom but on the second time he said it tore. I was so worried. He was really rough I even felt pain. This is the second day after sex and I start feeling muscule pain, fever, weakness and when I went to the toilet I noticed a little bit spotty brownish blood with mucus. I got really worried what it might be? I feel fever and heat all over my body. I hope it’s no something serious. Have you had anything like this and what it might be? Should I go to an emergency room? Cause making an appointment with my pd will take me at least a month. Thanks
