Lowe back pain and positive test

Anyone have lower back pain and thought af was coming but turned out pregnant ?

I’m 6 days late .. cramped for a week on and off and now cramping has stopped and now lower back pain. I keep getting negative test. So confused what’s going on with my body. Really was hoping this was the month but every time I test and see that negative it’s depressing l. Praying I’ll get a positive soon and af stays away.
