Might have pcos

So after having a 77 day cycle went to the doctor who has given me a referral to an ob/gyn. I have never ever hAd a normal cycle while not on birth control I was put on birth control at age 11 and was on it until I was 17 and I took myself off of it. I have had cycles range from 26 days to 80 at one time. I have had 9 periods in the last year and a half. My doctor I saw is pretty sure I have it. So in Jan I get tested for it. Im only 19 and I really hope its all going to be okay. I have signs of it. Hair on my face and just a lot of hair in general actually. I have always been on the heavier side I'm 5'2 and 169 pounds. Any advice or anything would be amazing. I am going to have to make some life changes
