Pcos weight loss
Hi ladies! I am trying to lose weight but I am struggling with it. I am such a picky eater, so I dont really eat what is good for me but Im trying to eat better. I only drink soft drinks at lunch and dinner then its water. I work out when I can which is rare since my life is so busy from the time I get up till the time I go to bed. Any advice on what I can do or take to help aid my weight loss?:
