Numb/Heavy Arms and Legs
I've noticed the past few weeks that certain body parts will go completely numb at random. For instance, whenever I am driving my arms tend to feel super heavy and weak as well as my legs. It'll last for hours at a time and sometimes even cause soreness. Has anyone else dealt with this? I've been keeping track of my BP because I'm at risk of hypertension but so far it hasn't been consistently high.
