Bleeding after transvaginal ultrasound ?

I’m almost 6 weeks and had my first transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. Baby is measuring slightly behind, but nothing that my dr was concerned about. Yesterday after I got home from my ultrasound I noticed blood in my pad, though. It was bright red with no clots, then I had pinkish reddish blood/spotting when I wiped. I had very light spotting the rest of the day (no pad required), but so far nothing today. I’m still waiting to hear back from my nurse, but I’m so nervous! Has this happened to anyone else? Am I having a miscarriage?
