AF or Implantation?

my husband and I had sex during ovulation. been trying for over 2 years to have a child. I've had a lot of symptoms of pregnancy weirdly. the past two days I've been crampy and this afternoon I went to use the restroom and I was bleeding. I've read that implantation can look like the first day of a period. and others its just spotting. anyone else have this? to the point I had to put a tampon in? or should we just continue trying? 😔
