Braxton Hicks??

Almost 22 weeks and today for about an hour or two I have felt like my stomach muscles were really really tight. Not comfortable to mild pain. Not sure what this is? My belly doesn’t feel hard as a rock on the outside but a little firmer than usual. Baby is moving around too. Any ideas?? Thanks!
