Boyfriend sent other girls nudes while with me

My bf just told me that a few months ago he went on Omegle and sent nudes to a girl. This happened when my parents found out I was having sex with him and he thought he wasn’t going to see me again. He says it’s been eating him alive and he’s so sorry and wants to fix it but I don’t know what to believe. You’d think if he was sick about it and felt bad that he would have told me months ago. This literally happened probably in may or June and it’s September and I’m just now hearing about it. We hangout almost everyday. I never even was banned from seeing him. I don’t know how to fix this I still love him and want to be with him but I don’t know if I can after I found out he’s been lying.
