You do you but I’d mix them up. We used family names. Our first is George and this will be Henry.

Well, they're not like SUPER matchy-matchy but as a mom, not only would I be constantlyyy mixing them up and calling the poor kids by the wrong name, but I would also feel pressured to use another H name if I had another baby, so that's another thing you might wanna consider. 🤷‍♀️
