SSRI since 12

So this may be a weird thing to worry about but lately I’ve been thinking about it a lot. I’ve been on sertraline since I was 12 and I’m 20 now. People always talk about how SSRIs can affect you sex drive and ability to orgasm but I don’t really know what it’s like being off them since I was so young. I do remember when I first started masturbating at about that time my orgasms felt much better, but I think it may just be because it was all so knew. I don’t remember how me starting to masturbate and starting my meds line up timeline wise. I was going to try and take a break from my meds (with a doctors permission and guidance of course) for a number of reasons but then the pandemic happened and it didn’t seem like a great time to experiment since everything has been so weird and stressful. Anyone else have a similar experience? How do I know if my meds are affecting me if I have nothing to compare it to?
