Baby stops bottle feeding to cry?

Advice? My little one is six weeks tomorrow, and we’ve never had an issue with feeding until now. She’ll take a few drinks and then start wailing! From the very beginning of the bottle.

I’ve tried feeding her at an angle, making sure we’re eating before she gets upset, making sure the nipple flow is fine (she’s still on stage one), frequent burping... The only thing I’ve found that gets us through is giving her a drop or two of gripe water to get her smacking then we can get a few more drinks in. I’m at my wits end. Any ideas? TIA!
