27 Weeks Today 🥰 HELLO 3RD & FINAL TRIMESTER

27 Weeks Today Officially in my 3rd trimester & we are home from the hospital yesterday i went to my routine appointment and was having contractions every 2-5 mins but Thank God they weren’t Dilating my cervix they kept us over night to make sure & give me medicine to stop the contractions 😊 but they didn’t stop they just slowed down but i got to see my little guy who is weighing 2 pounds & 2 oz he look just like my oldest I’m so in love already but
