First miscarriage

Just found out 4 days ago I was pregnant, 6 weeks along and then started spotting 2 days ago and then full on bleeding yesterday and really terrible cramping and I was working at the ER anyway so I got one of my colleagues to see me when I checked in while still working. Almost complete miscarriage because nothing In the uterus and beta is only 4. By far the worst shift I have ever had to work trying to keep it together until I could go home finally. This shit sucks
