Kyleena iud, maybe pregnant ? HELP

I had unprotected sex two Saturday’s ago on the 22nd he didn’t cum in me . I was coming off my period. Yesterday the 4th my breast are hurting and I’m having brown discharge and some red blood and I woke up with it this morning not to heavy like yesterday. I don’t know what’s going on I checked for my strings they are still in place. Could there be a chance I’m pregnant? I’m not supposed to get my period until the 17th around that time so I’m confused Mx Maybe it’s my hormones because I haven’t had sex in a long time but idk I’m really worried and need help
