6 weeks pregnant and swelling!!!!

I'm about 6 weeks pregnant and on thursday evening my ankle swelled up suddenly, I rang 111 they told me to go A&E so I did. they weren't concerned. anyway my ankle is still swollen and I've had a pain under my ribs for about a week. the swelling is making the whole bottom of my leg feel numb and tingly. just wanted to know if anyone else has had this so early on and it's been nothing just general pregnancy symptoms???? picture attached of my ankle. thanks!!!
