Thrush?

Breastfed my first 2 years, and this newest almost a year so far. Ive never had thrush or mastitis so not sure if this is something or not. My nipples have been peeling since baby has cut teeth from healing from baby biting and latch. With peeling and healing came itchiness. One side is almost back to normal. The other now has a red almost rash on the nipple and is still peeling and itchy. I Lanolin tons to try to help but how do I know if it's thrush? Not shiny either. Any other things to help?
